Welcome to the Lakes Gospel Choir
The Lakes Gospel Choir has been one of the fastest growing choirs in Cumbria. From humble beginnings in the South Lakes in 2003, the choir which is based in Bowness-on-Windermere in the heart of the English Lake District, now numbers between 80 and 100 enthusiastic members.
The choir's growth is not just in numbers, but increasingly in its ministry of worship in song and it's reputation for excellence in performing gospel songs made famous by the award-winning Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir.
A number of soloists, real life stories and testimonials help to make our concerts a memorable evening of entertainment and celebration, and we share a passion and commitment for the music that is so powerful and real that it is impacting and changing lives. An evening with the Lakes Gospel Choir is a truly moving and uplifting experience.
